Eat London

Just over a year ago, the Resource team relocated their offices from Spain to London: first to Canary Wharf, in London’s soaring Docklands, and then to leafy Fulham, where we are still based. Since returning to the capital, we have been overwhelmed by the level of great cooking and trailblazing going on: from established formal restaurants right through to the maverick pop-ups. We have embraced the food trucks, the ice-cream parlours, the new pretenders and the preserved-in-aspic offerings from the old-school chefs. We have expanded not just our knowledge of food, but also our waistbands, and we’ve loved every minute of it. Hit the Eat London link on the left and choose a review.
